Image Licensing & Usage
By purchasing and downloading images from this gallery, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All images are the copyrighted property of Julia Rose Photography and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
Permitted Use (Personal Use Only)
Your purchase includes a non-commercial, personal-use license. This allows you to:
Download and store your images
Share images on personal social media accounts
Print images for personal use
Use images for personal announcements (holiday cards, graduation, etc.)
Credit to Julia Rose Photography is always appreciated when sharing online.
Non-Permitted Use (Without Additional Licensing)
The following uses are not permitted under standard digital image purchases:
Any commercial or business-related use
Paid advertising or sponsored content
Promotion of products, services, or brands
Use by businesses, vendors, or venues
Submission to publications, blogs, or media outlets on behalf of a business
Editing, altering, or applying filters that significantly change the image
Commercial Licensing
Any use beyond personal use requires a separate commercial license.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Marketing materials
Website or brand content
Social media for businesses
Advertisements (digital or print)

Unauthorized Use
Use of images without proper purchase or licensing, including screenshots or downloads of watermarked images, is considered copyright infringement and may be subject to enforcement.
Edit and Re-edit policy
Each image in your final gallery is professionally edited in the signature style of your photographer. Editing decisions, including color, tone, exposure, cropping, and overall artistic direction, are part of the creative process and are made intentionally for your gallery.
Minor technical corrections may be requested if an image contains an unintended editing error. However, requests for alternate editing styles, significant changes to color or tone, removal or addition of elements, or edits intended to match another photographer's style are not included.
Re-edits are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the photographer's discretion. Once your final gallery has been delivered and approved, additional editing requests may be subject to an additional editing fee.
RAW files, unedited images, and alternate versions of delivered images are not provided.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the photographer's artistic editing style and creative discretion.
Final Note
Your images were created with care and intention. Purchasing the proper license ensures you receive the highest quality files and supports the continued work of your photographer.
Your delivered gallery represents the final selection of professionally edited images from your session. Images are carefully chosen based on artistic quality, composition, expression, lighting, and the overall story of your session.
Photographers often capture multiple images of the same moment, including test shots, duplicates, blinks, missed focus, unflattering expressions, and images that do not meet our artistic or technical standards. These images are not included in the final gallery.
The final gallery is considered the complete delivery of your session. Unedited images, RAW files, rejected images, duplicates, outtakes, or additional images not included in the final gallery are not provided or available for purchase.
Your photographer retains full creative discretion over image selection and editing. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that the delivered gallery constitutes the final collection of images from your session.
